Payment of School Fees

Extract from the S.A Schools Act 84 of 1996 - "a parent is liable to pay school fees determined by the individual school." The Trust, by processes of the law, may enforce payments of school fees.

School Fees - Covid-19 Relief

• R500 Registration Fee for each learner with this application form. This is NOT refundable if the child is withdrawn or does not attend.
• Registration fee plus January school fees must be paid by 1st January.

Payment Policy

• School fees to be paid for 12 months. (Grade 1-11) 10 months (Grade 12)
• All tuition fees are payable in advance before or on the 1st of every month.
•If you have siblings in the institution, the 2nd, 3rd child receives a 10% off the school fees.
• Interest of 10% will be charged for late payment of fees i.e., after the 19th of every month.
• Each learner will be liable to a months off school fees, if fees for the whole year are paid by the 31st of January.
• One calendar months' notice should be given to the school prior to withdrawing the child from the school year, any monthly school fees including Registration paid are not refundable or transferable.

Procedure for Payment of School Fees

• School fees should be paid directly to the bank.
• Proof of payments should be emailed to payments@centurioncollege.co.za and admin@centurioncollege.co.za or whatsapp @ 063 307 4817 by the 1st of every month Due date is the 7th of every month.
